The forwarding contract defines the principles of cooperation based on common goals. The parties declare their willingness to cooperate and clearly define its rules.
- Thanks to the Forwarding Agreement we propose, the customer receives a bonus for cooperation. The bonus is calculated on the annual turnover.
- Various additional provisions can be included in this document, such as an annual price list for the so-called “fixed routes”. This is another commitment from Northgate Logistics, giving our Clients the comfort to plan their logistics expenses.
- This mutual commitment allows the Client to strengthen and develop its relationship with NGLT in the long term.
